How Transfer Services Work -

1. Request a price quote for your services via a phone call, email form, or via the online form on this page or the forms on these pages:
2. Gather all of your film reels, video cassettes, audio files, slides and/or photos:
If you are Dropping them off: Place them in a bag or box
If you are Shipping them, we recommend using a FREE Priority Mail Box.
If you want to arrange for FREE PICK UP and DELIVERY, please let us know.
3. When you are ready to drop off or ship your order to us,
please call or email us to let us know if you are dropping off, shipping, or requesting pick up and delivery, and we will email you a Transfer Work Order Form.
4. After you have a quote and Transfer Work Order Form, you can Ship your project or Drop it off to us. If you are shipping, we recommend Flat Rate US Postal Priorty Mail with Signature Confirmation for best pricing and Signature Confirmation for assurance that we received it.

6. Payment: You can send us a check or money order with your order.
(Call us first for a price quote) Or, when your order is ready, we can send you a PayPal invoice for online payment with a credit or debit card. If we are picking up and delivering, we take a deposit at pick up and final payment at delivery.
7. When your project is completed, we then make arrangements for you to pick up, or for us to deliver, or for return shipping to you.
